Within the Digital, Data, Analytics & Innovation (DDAI) team that exists within Deloitte's CoRe Global Business Services organization,
as a Technical Product Manager, you will lead products and technology-enabled solutions from problem discovery and inception through implementation, release, and adoption. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and delivery teams to shape valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions. You will bring technical fluency to understand and evaluate options and trade-offs, while using generative AI and agentic tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation. Your product judgment will help turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, responsible solutions that deliver measurable value.
As a part of this team, you will:
- Lead discovery to understand user workflows, business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes; translate those insights into clear product opportunities.
- Co-create and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, success measures, and prioritized backlog with business, engineering, experience, and delivery stakeholders.
- Lead or directly contribute to proof-of-concept solutions that validate user value, test feasibility, surface risks, and inform the recommended path to implementation.
- Partner with engineering and technology leads to evaluate solution approaches and trade-offs across business value, feasibility, data, security, scalability, performance, cost, timeline, and delivery risk.
- Gather, refine, and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and relevant non-functional requirements.
- Serve as the bridge between product intent and technical execution, ensuring that the desired outcomes and user experience are clearly understood by delivery teams.
- Use generative AI and agentic tools to accelerate market and domain research, synthesize feedback, generate hypotheses, build lightweight prototypes, test assumptions, and reduce rework.
- Apply human judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure that AI-enabled capabilities are reliable, explainable, appropriately governed, and fit for the intended workflow.
- Lead the transition from concept and proof of concept into implementation, remaining accountable for product outcomes through release, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption measures, customer feedback, and other evidence of value to inform future product decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with internal customers and leaders through clear communication of progress, risks, decisions, trade-offs, and next steps.
The Digital Solutions team in CoRe's Digital, Data, Analytics & Innovation (DDAI) organization develops products and technology-enabled solutions for Deloitte's internal customers.
The team Global CoRe is a shared service within Deloitte Global, providing fundamental services to Deloitte People around the world: Knowledge Services, Creative Services, Contact Center, Procurement and Strategic Insights Center. We deliver essential capabilities that save time, convey insights, minimize risk, enhance client service delivery, solve problems, and contribute to Deloitte's success.
Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Six to ten years of experience in technical product management, enterprise technology, solution delivery, business analysis, software development, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading products or technology-enabled solutions from discovery or proof of concept through implementation and adoption.
- Strong technical fluency across data flows, cloud platforms, application architecture concepts, security considerations, and enterprise technology constraints.
- Experience translating customer and stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building lightweight prototypes or automations using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, with experience using data to support analysis, reporting, validation, or proof-of-concept development.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, or workflow automation.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, align stakeholders around shared goals, remove delivery obstacles, and maintain momentum in a virtual and distributed environment.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions with incomplete information, and execute with attention to detail.
Preferred :
- Experience designing, developing, or delivering cloud-based enterprise solutions; Azure experience is preferred.
- Experience applying generative AI or agentic capabilities to enterprise workflows, including retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, human-in-the-loop processes, or workflow automation.
- Experience evaluating technical approaches and communicate trade-offs clearly with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, APIs, identity, or workflow technologies.
- Experience with user research, design thinking, service design, usability testing, or customer journey mapping.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks, quality measures, monitoring approaches, or responsible-use practices for AI-enabled products.
- Experience leading mid-sized cross-functional teams or mentoring product, engineering, or delivery professionals.
- Experience working in a product operating model, Agile delivery environment, or product engineering organization.
- Relevant product, Agile, cloud, data, or AI certifications.
