We are a prime vendor to the New York State and work on their HBITS: Hourly-Based IT Services (New York Statewide) requirements.

Primary Skills:

• 84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements.
• 84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
• 84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases.
• 84 months of experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
• 48 months of experience supporting business applications in a help-desk type environment.
• 24 months experience with systems related to criminal justice processing (including Gun Safety management).
