Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 12- 24+ months (High Possibility of Further Extensions)

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Write technical specifications, document process flows and data flows.

Design, develope, test, and implement software solotions.

Review code and test results of other programmers.

Create database objects like tables, views, stored procedures, functions and indexes.

Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing.

Helpdesk Tickets (Day to Day questions and issues).

Changes requested from the Business Users.

Skills Needed

84 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code.

24 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code, specifically using Version 10.5

48 months experience with databases, including designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.

60 months experience with gathering requirements and creating design documents

60 months experience with projects that followed a Project Management methodology
