Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.

·       Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and resolve critical database issues.

·       Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and data correction activities.

·       Administer Oracle databases including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.

·       Design, implement, and maintain materialized views and database performance optimization strategies.

·       Support database migration projects across on-premises, AWS, and Red Hat Linux (RHEL) environments.

·       Monitor database performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

·       Perform database security, user management, and access control administration.

·       Execute database deployment, release management, and post-deployment validation.

·       Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure system reliability and availability.

Required Skills

·       Strong Oracle Database Administration (DBA) experience.

·       Advanced PL/SQL development expertise.

·       Experience with production support and incident management.

·       Strong SQL performance tuning and query optimization skills.

·       Experience with materialized views, partitioning, and database performance monitoring.

·       Hands-on experience with Oracle database migration and upgrade projects.

·       Experience working with AWS services (RDS, EC2, DMS, S3, CloudWatch).

·       Experience supporting Oracle databases on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

·       Knowledge of backup/recovery strategies, RMAN, Data Pump, and disaster recovery.

·       Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

·       Oracle RAC and Data Guard.

·       Shell scripting (Linux/Unix).

·       DevOps and CI/CD exposure.

·       Experience in large-scale enterprise production environments.
