Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of experience translating complex business needs into technical requirements, including process flows, data flows, and system models.
Strong background in business process analysis, requirements management, and producing enterprise-level technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with UAT planning/execution, QA test cases, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with data visualization and translating data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Visio, for process and system
