Key Responsibilities- Develop predictive and market-sizing models that quantify trends in transplant diagnostics.
- Build Excel and Power BI tools that leverage SQL-based data sources to estimate customer product usage and sales potential.
- Integrate and reconcile datasets to craft reliable, analysis-ready data tables.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to validate assumptions and align insights with divisional goals.
- Support occasional market research activities, including questionnaire development, survey execution, and gathering voice-of-customer insights.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
- 7+ years working in data analytics, quantitative modeling, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in SQL, data architecture, and relational database management.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Track record of developing predictive or market models using multi-variable datasets.
- Experience in diagnostics or life sciences analytics is preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Expertise in integrating and matching data across multiple systems.
- Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve analysis.
- Ability to support straightforward market research tasks, such as survey design or VOC gathering.
- Self-starter who enjoys building analytical tools and processes from the ground up.
- Collaborative partner with strong listening skills who connects technical outputs to business strategy.
- Strong dedication to data integrity and ethical data practices.
