Position SummaryPlans, Coordinates, and Directs activities of the project team or scrum team including overseeing and coordinating events, activities, and milestones. Ensures that any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress are identified and addressed. Provides coaching and mentoring to the team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication across teams, and supporting the Product Owner or Business Owner in scoping / product backlog management and prioritization. Develops strategy to monitor and measure the team's progress through established metrics, promoting self-organization and autonomy among team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity. Manage multiple assignments concurrently if needed.
What you will do- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and drive delivery milestones, identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues, and report progress against commitments.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on the development of project management tools, tracking systems, communication platforms, and/or automation frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Business Strategists (Clinical) and clinical staff to identify opportunities and develop work plans.
- Manage, lead, and communicate with agile teams on the roadmap for agile adoption and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct research on emerging agile concepts to inform the decision-making process and drive continuous improvements within the agile practice.
- Consolidate information on industry benchmarks and case studies to identify potential strategies, techniques, and approaches that can be applied within the organization.
- Decide on the application of project management tools and collaboration platforms to enhance the productivity of agile teams.
- Deliver insights and visibility into the progress and outcomes of agile initiatives through the effective use of reporting.
- Develop policies and procedures to establish the agile governance framework to reinforce standards across the organization.
- Develop cross-functional collaborations that facilitate information-sharing and resource distribution.
Required Qualifications- 5-7+ years of work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Exceptional Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
EducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
