Job Title: Alfresco Developer / Support Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Alfresco professional with basic PitStop knowledge and AutoSys scheduling experience to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise content management solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support applications using Alfresco ECM.
Configure and maintain Alfresco content models, workflows, and security.
Perform basic PitStop activities such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine operational support.
Handle Alfresco deployments, upgrades, and environment support (DEV/UAT/PROD).
Integrate Alfresco with external systems using REST APIs and web services.
Monitor and manage batch jobs using AutoSys.
Create, modify, and troubleshoot AutoSys job definitions and schedules.
Analyze job failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence.
Work closely with infrastructure, QA, and business teams to resolve issues.
Prepare technical documentation and provide production support.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Alfresco ECM (Content Services).
Knowledge of Alfresco architecture, repository, and search.
Basic experience with PitStop (monitoring, basic administration, issue analysis).
Hands-on experience with AutoSys job scheduling.
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix, shell scripting.
Experience with SQL/Databases.
Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes is a plus.
Good to Have
Java/J2EE and Spring basics.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
ITIL or production support experience.
