The Lead will inspire by their actions - they will demonstrate Safe Work Practices, Fast Response, along with Documenting and Communicating ideas and resolutions.Schedule - Leads will report at least 15 minutes before shift start to help with shift handoff and crew set up for the day.Assist and fill in for Production Supervisor which includes running crew when necessary.Relay
