7-10+ years of NPI of commercial HVAC equipment 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo). Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (CNC punching, laser cutting, press brake forming) and structural welding. Understanding of air handler sub-assemblies (coils, DX systems, chilled water loops, EC/plug fans, filter racks). Understanding of Sensors and adequate use Familiarity with electrical panel wiring and low/high-voltage testing.
