Preferred Qualifications Experience leading multiple Oracle EBS R12 implementations, upgrades, or support engagements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, or Oracle certifications are preferred. Required Experience 12-15 years of Oracle EBS R12 Finance experience. At least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Finance implementations. Proven experience in support, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation projects.
