Position Summary: CaptiveAire is launching a CaptiveAire-employed, self-performing install crew to deliver turnkey national-account HVAC installations under our own quality system. The Field Engineer / Installation Manager leads that crew - owning jobsite planning, execution, quality, and safety. The role starts as a hybrid of field engineering and construction management and grows into a full construction-management seat as the program scales. Extensive travel to jobsites is required.
