End-User/Desktop Support Specialist Managing day-to-day end-user and desktop support tasks, including the use of Intune and SCCM for device management and application packaging. The successful candidate will also play a key role in the implementation and support of Windows 11 across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1.End-User Support: oProvide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. oTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printer
