Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop and implement plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects and systems, guide vertical startup processes that support low?loss production systems, and provide solutions to technical challenges that enhance production performance. You will manage the plant capital plan in partnership with Corporate Engineering, lead the Early Management Pillar, and oversee utilities to support safety, quality, sanitation, cost, and service objectives.
