Job Description Engineering Technician - HazWaste - RCRA Provides field and administrative support for the Hazardous Waste (HW) Management Program under `RCRA`. Performs routine inspections, waste pickups, sampling support, container management, and data entry to help the Government maintain compliance at HW generation, accumulation, storage, and treatment locations.
