Description Title: Help Desk Contractor Duration: 6 month extendable contract - possibility to go FTE down the road. Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT support tickets via Freshservice and Slack. Provide technical assistance for SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Freshservice, etc.).
