Staff Engineer, Process Design The Process Design Engineer in the Technical team will provide technical expertise to enable optimum process design in support of the capital project program that will meet the company's safety, environmental and economic objectives. Provide process engineering and design support for the refinery including capital/expense projects, special troubleshooting, operating problem mitigation and equipment/system design reviews.
