The role requires familiarity with Army and DoD standards, tactical SATCOM modems and waveforms, commercial multi-orbit SATCOM, and Electronic Warfare threats. The engineer will coordinate efforts, prioritize projects, support system integration, conduct lab experiments, and assess S&T capabilities fo
