Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Director to lead the end-to-end digital engineering and technical execution across high-volume business-to-business (B2B) digital ecosystems.
In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams building scalable B2B web platforms, specialized mobile pricing applications handling complex matrix pricing models, and enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) integrations. You will bridge product strategy, technical architecture, and hands-on delivery governance to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Delivery & Leadership: Oversee sprint execution, release planning, and milestone delivery across squads building B2B commerce platforms and mobile applications.
Complex Pricing & Mobile Platforms: Guide engineering teams building mobile pricing apps capable of handling complex matrix pricing, volume tiering, customer hierarchies, and offline/online synchronizations.
CIAM & Identity Governance: Champion robust identity and access governance—ensuring secure role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tier account structures, and seamless SSO/federation (Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, or Azure AD B2C).
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with enterprise architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and QA/DevOps teams to eliminate technical blockers and manage dependencies.
Technical Governance & Quality: Enforce modern engineering practices, API-first integrations, CI/CD pipeline automation, and code quality standards across the digital portfolio.
Required Skills & Experience
Total Experience: 10+ years in technical delivery, software engineering management, or digital program leadership.
B2B Digital Commerce: Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade B2B web portals, order management, or eCommerce platforms.
Mobile Engineering Delivery: Experience guiding cross-platform or native mobile app delivery (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter) integrated with complex back-office systems.
Identity & Access Management (CIAM): Working knowledge of customer identity architectures, account hierarchies, customer federation, and CIAM platforms (Ping, ForgeRock, Okta, or Azure AD B2C).
Cloud & Modern Architecture: Familiarity with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud ecosystems (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Delivery Methodologies: Expert-level mastery of Agile/Scrum delivery, release governance, and stakeholder management at an enterprise level.
Location & Work Authorization
Work Schedule: Hybrid (on-site in Calhoun, GA / Greater Atlanta Area). Candidates must be local or within reasonable commuting distance.
Work Authorization: Open to C2C, W2, or 1099. Valid US work authorization required.
