Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
UAT/SIT Test Manager to lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for key commercial banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing testing activities, writing business requirements and test cases, and collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate SIT and UAT testing activities across multiple project workstreams.
- Develop, review, and maintain business requirements, test plans, test scripts, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams to define testing strategies and timelines.
- Facilitate test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate test data preparation and environment readiness activities.
- Conduct requirement reviews and ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Identify project risks, testing gaps, and mitigation plans.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications - Experience in SIT/UAT Test Management or Test Coordination.
- Strong experience within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services environments.
- Proven ability to create and document business requirements, test scripts, and test cases.
- Experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation or regulatory projects.
