Responsibilities: Voice Operations engineering support for Cisco and MS Teams Handle/manage all aspects of core voice services in conjunction with support Voice for infrastructure globally Responsible for support of Voice platforms and interconnectivity with Enterprise telephony, Contact Center, and Tran
