The role partners closely with engineering, product, marketing, operations, and vendor stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional dependencies, align project deliverables, and drive successful execution. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing risks and issue logs, monitoring project health and committed delivery dates within Jira and Nexus, and ensuring reporting accuracy for executive stakeholders. The Project Manager facilitates program reviews, stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings, documents decisions and action items, drives accountability to closure, and proactively manages scope changes by evaluating impacts to timelines, resources, and business objectives. Additionally, the role prepares and delivers executive-level communications focused on production releases, strategic milestones, and business value realization while ensuring effective change management throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with advanced proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word, and brings 10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex business environments.
