- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resources, and financials
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience coordinating business, application development, infrastructure, testing, data, cybersecurity, and production-support teams.
Technical Project Manager with Python
Primary Client Environment: (Retail/Commercial Banking, Risk, or Data Analytics domain)
Core Technical Anchor: Python (often paired with SQL, AWS, or Snowflake for financial data management
Frameworks: Manage end-to-end software development lifecycles (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Tracking: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and velocity tracking via Jira.
Stakeholder Matrix: Act as the primary technical point of contact between offshore/onshore engineering teams and business stakeholders
Banking Pipelines: Oversee Python-driven ETL pipelines, automation frameworks, or risk/compliance data modeling engines
