Position Summary
The Enterprise Data & Analytics Services (EDAS) organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help deliver enterprise data initiatives that support critical business, regulatory, and operational objectives. This role drives project execution across multiple teams by coordinating activities, managing dependencies, tracking deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project progress and readiness.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Domain Managers, Engineers, Architects, Governance teams, business stakeholders, and project managers from partner organizations, this individual serves as a central coordination point across EDAS. The Project Manager partners with enterprise initiative leaders to ensure data-related workstreams remain aligned with broader project objectives while providing clear visibility into delivery status, dependencies, risks, readiness, and implementation progress.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery Management
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, action-item trackers, and project documentation.
Drive execution across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining visibility into deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
Track commitments, action items, and key decisions, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, constraints, and dependency impacts before they affect delivery.
Partner with business and technology project managers to ensure EDAS deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and implementation activities remain aligned with broader project and program objectives.
Facilitate implementation planning, readiness reviews, project checkpoints, and status meetings.
Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into project health, delivery progress, and implementation readiness.
Team Coordination & Facilitation
Serve as a central coordination point across EDAS teams supporting project delivery.
Partner with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Domain Managers, Engineers, Architects, Governance teams, Test Leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to maintain a unified view of project progress.
Coordinate activities across multiple EDAS squads and workstreams while aligning data-related deliverables and dependencies with broader business and technology initiatives led by partner project teams.
Consolidate status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, action items, and milestones into a single integrated project view.
Provide a consolidated view of EDAS delivery status, dependencies, risks, and readiness to support overall project and program reporting.
Facilitate cross-team coordination meetings, implementation readiness activities, and dependency management discussions.
Promote transparency, accountability, communication, and coordination across participating teams.
Status Reporting & Communication
Prepare and deliver concise, fact-based project status updates.
Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, status reports, and governance materials.
Communicate accomplishments, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery concerns to stakeholders and leadership.
Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and action-item tracking.
Provide leadership and partner project managers with a consolidated view of project status, readiness, and implementation progress across participating EDAS teams.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience
8+ years of Project Management, Technology Delivery, PMO, or related experience.
Banking or Financial Services experience supporting technology, data, analytics, governance, regulatory, risk, or modernization initiatives.
Experience leading data-related projects involving Data Warehousing, Data Integration, ETL, Data Governance, Data Management, Analytics, Reporting, Regulatory Data, or Data Modernization initiatives.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within large enterprise environments.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence as primary tools for project execution, delivery tracking, reporting, documentation, and collaboration.
Experience creating project plans, dashboards, RAID logs, executive reporting, and project documentation.
Experience supporting Kanban, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Required Skills
Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills.
Exceptional follow-up, accountability management, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including Jira boards, Kanban boards, dashboards, delivery metrics, and project documentation.
Understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification preferred.
Scrum Master certification beneficial but not required.
Experience supporting Enterprise Data & Analytics organizations.
Experience with Alation, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, or similar enterprise data platforms.
Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation initiatives.
