Job Summary Under indirect supervision performs advanced level installation, maintenance and repair of various Telecommunications and IT related equipment using accepted practices and procedures.
Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Essential Job Functions & Tasks- Perform advanced software installations, system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain required technical documentation.
- Develop advanced knowledge of IT technologies, systems, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 applications
- Custom business applications
- Dell and HP hardware
- Participate in cross-training across multiple IT systems and technologies.
- Gain an understanding of business unit and customer requirements.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and end-user support.
What We're Looking For:Education requirements are listed below: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Work Experience requirement listed below: - Minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Dell and HP hardware environments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation Range:$30.53 - $38.16
