Reporting to theMaintenance manager at our Council Bluffs, IA facility, you will be a key player keeping our maintenance operations running like clockwork. You will plan and schedule preventive (PM), corrective (CM), and predictive (PdM) maintenance activities, ensuring every detail?from safety to parts?is covered. You will dive into equipment reliability data, recommend improvements, and collaborate across production, engineering, and maintenance teams to make sure planned work happens on time.
