TOP 4 MUST HAVE SKILLS (ALL LEVELS) - Strong OpenShift platform operations experience (cluster builds, day 1/day 2 operations) - Production support experience, including incident/problem/change management - Python scripting (Engineer 5 requires deeper proficiency) - Observability tooling: Grafana and Splunk DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build new OpenShift clusters (day 1) and deploy into the environment - Perform full lifecycle day 2 operations: patching, maint
