Description Our client is looking for someone to support their end users on campus, including classroom technologies. Their current support team does not have the bandwidth to support all the buildings and the technology being utilized in these buildings. A lot of the tickets range from students having trouble loading software, getting applications activated and functioning, setting up projectors, laptop issues, software errors, streaming software questions, etc. Seeking a candidate who is a go-
