Introduction to the job This position is to lead the effort in developing and supporting HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) products at customer sites to drive learnings and deliver solutions to next generation e-Beam problems. Onboarding is expected at Hillsboro Oregon for 2 months on the job training and then dispatched to Chandler Arizona where customer site is. The person filling this position will be a key driver in collaborating with ASML and customer to develop EBI solution for yield improvemen
