Position Summary The Product & Launch Operations role drives the operating cadence, tooling hygiene, and cross-functional readiness required to plan, deliver, and launch a product portfolio predictably and efficiently. This role owns portfolio planning operations and roadmap governance within Airtable/Beacon, ensures KPI alignment and tracking across teams, surfaces portfolio risks and tradeoffs, and leads readiness management for major initiatives across Product, TPM, Engineering, Launch Ops, a
