POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director, IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance is a senior leadership role in the Technology organization responsible for operating an effective governance and control environment across the enterprise. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across service delivery, SOX and IT general controls, ITSM platform (ServiceNow) ownership, operations metrics and continuous improvement, financial management, procurement, and asset management. This role leads multi
