Support and evolve the enterprise identity, messaging, and collaboration platforms as part of the Directory & Unified Communications team. This role focuses on stability, optimization, and modernization of core Microsoft and SaaS collaboration technologies in a large-scale hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as Tier-3 escalation support for identity, messaging, and collaboration platforms through ServiceNow.Administer and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange (on-prem and onli
