Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with 12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in D365 Finance and strong experience working with manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, supply chain, and inventory-driven organizations.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, operations teams, and technology partners to drive end-to-end D365 Finance implementations, process improvements, integrations, and support initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
· 12+ years of ERP consulting experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics expertise.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Preferred Experience
· Experience in furniture, retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, consumer products, or eCommerce domains. These environments typically involve extensive inventory management, warehousing, sourcing, procurement, and financial operations.
· Experience with multi-company and multi-entity financial environments.
· Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
· Knowledge of Azure integrations and data platforms.
· Experience with third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse, and inventory management integrations.
· Understanding of demand planning, product lifecycle, and supply chain finance processes.
· Certifications (Preferred)
· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certifications
· Accounting or Finance-related certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus
