Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant with 12+ years of ERP consulting experience and 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance transformation, ERP implementations, business process optimization, and integration with supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.
The consultant will work with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to lead D365 Finance implementations, enhancements, process improvements, data migration, testing, and production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash & Bank Management
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Cost Accounting
- Financial Consolidation
- Financial Reporting
- Experience integrating Finance with SCM, Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, audit, and compliance.
- Experience with data migration, testing, training, and deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, furniture, consumer products, eCommerce, or supply chain environments.
- Multi-company and multi-entity financial experience.
- Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Azure integrations and data platforms.
- Electronic Reporting (ER).
- Azure DevOps and RSAT Testing.
- Data Management Framework (DMF).
- Dual-write and third-party ISV integrations.
- Experience with 3PL, warehouse, inventory, demand planning, and product lifecycle integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification or related accounting/finance certification.
