JD: 5+ years experience in Endpoint Operations / AVD Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune, SCCM Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, GPO Knowledge of FsLogix, CyberArk, PXE, 1E tools Strong in patch management, imaging, packaging & automation Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, batch, SQL) Experience in VDI environments and endpoint security Hands-on L2/L3 support & troubleshooting ITIL knowledge is a plus
