Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead with strong SAP S/4HANA transformation experience to drive organizational change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of enterprise-wide SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute OCM strategies and change management plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
Lead communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, business leaders, and project stakeholders.
Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor adoption progress and ensure a smooth transition to new business processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

13–17 years of overall professional experience.
Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, communication, and training strategies.
Experience managing organizational readiness and business process transitions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
