Role Summary

Seeking a Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday Financials to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder engagement for finance transformation initiatives
Workday Financials consulting experience and at least one end-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience
Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday Financials implementations and enhancements
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into Workday Finance solutions and functional design.s
Configure and support Workday Financial modules and business processes
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Support data validation testing, SITUAT defect resolution, and production deployment activities
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements
Ensure alignment with financial controls compliance and reporting requirements

Required Skills

Extensive experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant
Strong functional knowledge of
General Ledger GL
Accounts Payable AP
Accounts Receivable AR
Procurement
Expenses
Asset Management

Experience with Workday Financial Management configuration
