Workday Functional Lead (ERP Transformation)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Tarrytown, NY is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Product Manager to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This role will focus on assessing the impact of enterprise system changes on Workday and designing solutions across core functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Workday impact assessments related to ERP transformation efforts
* Analyze changes to foundational data, security models, and organizational structures
* Evaluate impacts across Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Dashboards
* Design and recommend Workday solutions to support evolving business needs
* Partner with implementation teams and key stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM, Reporting, Security, and Dashboards
* Understanding of Workday architecture and foundational data structures
* Experience conducting impact analysis and solution design
* Knowledge of Recruiting, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
