Summary

Role: Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Oak Park Heights, MN (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions based on business requirements.
Work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST, XML, XSLT, and related technologies.
Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and reporting solutions.
Utilize Workday Report Writer, Advanced/Composite Reports, and RaaS as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures and production issues.
Provide ongoing production support and maintenance for existing integrations.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and processes.

Minimum Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
Experience developing and supporting both inbound and outbound integrations.
Strong knowledge of Workday reporting.
Advanced Report Writing experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
Experience with Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST, XML, and XSLT.
Experience with Core Connectors and/or RaaS is highly preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues.
Experience supporting both project-based development and ongoing production maintenance.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
