Qualifications Work experience with: end-user support, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a LAN environment Comp TIA Security+ required Minimum 1 years of network or programming experience; A+/NET+ certification preferred Associates Degree preferred Previous years of experience in computing industry will be considered in lieu of degree Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to Windows desktop and peripheral support
