Position Responsibilities: Leads a cross-functional engineering team focused on project execution for Avionics or AP&S Modifications Identifies technical risks, issues, and opportunities; Develops and executes plans for risk mitigation, issue resolution, and opportunity capture. Resolves complex, cross-functional technical challenges, inclusive of leading Technical Design Reviews (TDRs). Partners closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to resolve technical challenges. Effectively n
