Description: The Controller is responsible for managing a portion of the accounting department and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the organization. Additionally, the Controller is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting and for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The position is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is prope
