Job Description Our Client is looking to add a Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician to assist with the day-to-day IT workloads out of their Marion, AR manufacturing facility. They are looking to bring in someone that has experience with providing general IT support for end users, light network troubleshooting, and making sure that systems are online and functioning as they should. They will be partnered with one of the FTE's to ensure that the 250 or so office-based employees are supported on site.
