Summary: The Technical Project Coordinator will serve as a critical bridge between Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the Template Development team. This individual is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of communication templates (Email, SMS, RCS, and Autocall) while providing high-level technical guidance to developers.
