Job Requirement:
Serve as the primary Stripe Administrator, responsible for configuration, administration, maintenance, and ongoing operational support of the Stripe platform across business applications.
Configure and manage Stripe accounts, payment settings, user access, roles, permissions, payment methods, webhooks, API configurations, and other administrative components based on business requirements.
Provide day-to-day application administration, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, issue resolution, configuration changes, upgrades, enhancements, and production support for Stripe-related applications.
Lead and coordinate Stripe integration initiatives, partnering closely with middleware, application development, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with the middleware/integration team to support APIs, webhooks, data flows, payment processing interfaces, authentication mechanisms, and troubleshooting of integration-related issues.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate Stripe configurations and administrative solutions, while following organizational security, compliance, and change-management standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to payment transactions, integrations, configuration, connectivity, user access, and application performance, coordinating with internal teams and vendors when necessary.
Maintain technical and operational documentation, including configuration details, integration dependencies, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and change records, while providing knowledge transfer to support teams as required.
