Incident Management through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), including triaging and resolution of SFC issues, and raising JIRA tickets for L3 support in case code changes are required. Provide L2 support across key applications including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PWA, and monitoring tools like Splunk. Debug application code for identified issues and enable/support the team in troubleshooting activities. Willingness to learn and work on Vercel PWA L2 support activities within the same scope
