RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Land Surveyor in Oakland, CA. Essential Job Functions: * Designs layouts, prepares survey specifications, checks plans, develops solutions and devises new approaches to problems * Prepares feasibility study of projects, including preliminary designs, estimates and cost breakdowns * Evaluates, selects and modifies techniques, procedures and criteria of special projects * Leads and provides assistance in project coordination to inc
