RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, user support, data management, reporting, and process automation, along with a basic development background to support enhancements and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and optimize the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and data integrity
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
* Support system integrations and assist with minor Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, or API-related enhancements
* Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing system maintenance
* Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support and training
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform security, and governance
* Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and data management tools
* Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and integrations
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Salesforce Certifications:
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Salesforce Advanced Administrator
* Salesforce Platform App Builder
* Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Salesforce integrations, API management, or middleware platforms
* Exposure to Agile project environments
* Experience supporting large enterprise Salesforce implementations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
