RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior NetSuite Administrator in New York, NY.

Summary:
A Junior NetSuite Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining an organization's NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring users can effectively leverage the platform for day-to-day business operations. The role typically includes managing user accounts and permissions, troubleshooting system issues, creating saved searches and reports, assisting with workflows and data imports, maintaining system configurations, and supporting cross-functional teams such as Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates have hands-on NetSuite experience, strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of ERP business processes, and the ability to work with stakeholders to improve system efficiency and user adoption.

REQUIREMENTS:
Core NetSuite Skills:
* NetSuite ERP administration and support
* User account, role, and permission management
* NetSuite workflows and process automation
* Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, and KPI creation
* CSV imports and data management
* Troubleshooting system and end-user issues

Business & Functional Knowledge:
* Experience supporting Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows
* Understanding of Finance, Accounting, and ERP business processes
* Data integrity and master data maintenance
* User training and documentation support

Technical Skills:
* Basic SuiteScript knowledge (1.0/2.0/2.1 preferred)
* Workflow configuration and customization
* Forms, fields, records, and dashboard customization
* Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
