Position Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master / Salesforce Business Analyst (BA/Admin) who can effectively operate in a hybrid role, with approximately 50% Scrum Master responsibilities and 50% Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum experience along with hands-on Salesforce experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, configuration, and stakeholder collaboration. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and Salesforce teams to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions while facilitating Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master 50%

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owners and development teams to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery timelines.
• Remove blockers and help teams maintain a consistent Agile delivery cadence.
• Promote Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Track team metrics, sprint performance, and delivery commitments.
• Support release planning and cross-team coordination as needed.

Salesforce Business Analyst / Admin 50%

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and user stories.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Configure Salesforce based on approved business requirements.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration, including:
• Objects and fields
• Page layouts
• Record types
• Validation rules
• Flows/automation
• Reports and dashboards
• User access, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and technical teams on solution design and implementation.
• Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, and production releases.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business processes and organizational goals.
• Provide end-user support and assist with Salesforce adoption and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing team impediments.
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Strong requirements-gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and business processes.
• Experience working with Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and security/access configuration.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM.
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce UAT, release management, and change management.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Scrum Master: Facilitating teams, managing Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving delivery.
• Salesforce BA/Admin: Gathering requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and performing hands-on Salesforce configuration.
• Candidates who have strong Scrum Master experience but only minimal Salesforce exposure may not be a fit.
